Irvine City has started the creation of The Great Park. Turning a previous Air Force Base into a lush, beautiful park for people to ride their bikes to, park, and enjoy the day. Everything will be free including this big orange balloon. It takes you 400 feet into the air and then brings you right back down. The air smells of compost. The park prides itself on recycling and reusing. It is definitely an experience.
Do Nix and Ro look nervous? I think Nix was a little uneasy at first... but recovered from that quick enough. There is speculation that the park won't come to pass, with it's 10 year project time line, and instead will turn into an airport. We will see, I like the park idea :)
