Birthday Fun

A first

Met my sister at Disneyland with all our kids. We had so much fun! Baby's first time at Disneyland, at 1 month old. Thank you for such a fun day! It sure was hot!

Disneyland

Tino on the Toy Story Ride... Nix on the Rapid Ride with this Aunts and cousins. He beat me to this ride. I've never been on it. I didn't really do much of anything at Disneyland except ride with Tino and sit around when I wasn't walking around... they absolutely LOVED the fireworks! And I LOVE it when Brett joins us at Disneyland after work. We pulled out of the parking structure after 11:30pm... it was a late night, but no later than my sister-in-law who was in labor all night. I woke up to a picture of a cute little baby girl on my phone. Congratulations Rod and Jenny!

Trusting the Weatherman

I look at the weather every day to help me plan what to wear and what to do, but my faith in the weather predictions has been wavering because of days that it says rain, and not a drop of rain falls. BMX night wouldn't have happened had I totally trusted the weatherman, we went anyways hoping the track wouldn't close last minute, yesterday we went to Disneyland regardless of rain predictions, and we did get rained on as we were leaving, Nix did get sprinkled on lightly while riding the track, but it wasn't bad, and he loved it! He said a prayer that it wouldn't rain at the track so it wouldn't close. He really wants to race next week, so he did two strong laps, standing the whole time to show me that he could race. He was trying hard to balance on his peddles at the gate the best he could, it was cute watching him. We don't need to be afraid of the rain, just prepared when we possibly will venture into it.

The Letters

We love to occasionally have these two pose at their letters. We are Disneyland junkies this past week we went last Friday and Monday to meet friends and family. Very fun, even for a couple hours. Call us when you are going to be there, we might find time to come by.

The Day before Thanksgiving

...we decided to go to Disneyland since it's not blocked out. And Daddy got off of work at noon. The Crow's were there too. So we found them and played with them the whole time. We had a great time! So fun to be there with friends. Tino was happy to have his picture taken with the characters. Nix to this day would not be happy about it.


Nix warmed up to the company, Courtney and Brandon were pretty much his best friends by 4 o'clock.

Here is what our boys look like at about 11:45 pm after 11 hours at Disneyland. I know! I have no idea what's up with Tino. We are in the parking garage.

Evening at D-land

We went to Disneyland with our neighbors Monday night, our passes expire this week so we have been going a lot lately. We had no idea, but the park closed at 6pm because a company called ASIS rented out the entire park, so we had to leave early. We hung out for a little at Down Town Disney, then we went to Cheesecake Factory for dinner.

Disney Christmas

The day after our Merry Christmas we went to Disneyland with Jared, Jenn, and girls... we had a lot of fun! It was a cold day, but we survived it. It was crowded, but we arrived early so the lines were shorter in the morning. Since we went with girl cousins it was the first time Nix and Tino saw the Disney Princess Faire.
