Another Awesome BOY!

We had our baby Corbs on Saturday, July 24th. 8 lbs 11 oz 21 inches long, our biggest baby yet! He was immediately admitted into the NICU with Persistant Pulmonary Hypertension of the Newborn (PPHN). They suspect the cause is either from meconium in the amniotic fluid that he may have inhaled into his lungs, or from not receiving enough oxygen during delivery, or from an infection in his lungs from me being Strep positive (I wasn't given my antibiotic in time to effectively treat this problem during delivery). So my sweet boy is in NICU still and I'm at home. I make frequent trips to the hospital at all hours of the day and night to breast feed him. I'm tired but so happy that he is making a full recovery without having to be ventilated. I'm trying to be patient, but can't wait for him to be home with me, daddy and his big brothers. Nix was aloud in the NICU to see him, but Tino could only look at him through the window. We are so blessed to have so many people praying and fasting for him. I know that there is power in prayer! I know that the Priesthood is the Power of God on this earth. Brett and James gave him a blessing the afternoon after his birth, that along with all the prayers has really helped his progress and healing! Thank you everyone! We love you!
