Wheat Sprouts

Well, I finally came around to sprouting wheat again, I think I'm hooked. It is so EASY! I soaked the wheat in a jar for half a day, then I put it in my strainer, I wet it a couple times a day, letting the water drain out. 2-3 days. Done. Sprouts.
I tried this before, but the wheat was too OLD and nothing happened, so make sure you don't have old wheat and here is the blog that has an economical way of sprouting wheat. Using panty hose and rubber bands around jars.

There is also a great recipe for Manna Bread on this blog. EASY too! I am including salt and raisins in my year supply of wheat, beans, and water. I think that's all you need to SURVIVE!

Is it really just made out of sprouted wheat, raisen's and sea salt?
If we ever have a huge disaster I know to come to you. :) You know everything and are so prepared.
