This is Nix's second season of soccer. I love seeing him play, but honestly the team spirit and true competition does not happen at 4 or 5 or 6. I think that a good age to start soccer would be 8 years old. My opinion, I wish I had this opinion sooner. He is very active and he is very talented, but the one sport that has done more for him, than anything else I have paid for, has been gymnastics. However he loves BMX the most, so we are going to put everything on hold for a while, until he is 8 and has a desire to do something else, BMX will be all he does, and only on occasion.
Brett is a great assistant coach for these little guys! Coach Jenn was so great, having practice every week, practice before the games too. We had a very fun team of awesome families!
