On our way home from Mammoth, we stopped in the City of Laws, which is known for the Laws Museum. It is right outside of Bishop. We love stopping there for the children, because it has a real train that you can climb on and ring the bell. Well I actually enjoy going too! If you ever consider visiting, take a couple hours to enjoy it. You could go in and out really quickly but you would miss a lot. There are old buildings that are preserved for us to have a chance to see how it really was back before all the luxuries we have today. There are a lot of old farm equipment tools that they can play on too, with parental discretion. The cost is FREE, with a suggested donation of $5 a person. Hopefully my pictures give you an idea of what to expect.
