Newport Back Bay

We love hiking and today was a lot of fun!! The Interpretive center that we went to is hidden in the side of the mountain. You can't see it from the street and you can't see it from overhead because they have dirt and plants on the roof. But you can see it in my pano (not a very good pano from the skyline, but you get the idea). There is a very fun play area inside the center and a lot of information about the bay and the habitats and all the animals in and around the area. Not to mention the hiking trails are beautiful!! Nix and Tino made Valentine crafts in the play area. There are puppets and a puppet theater, puzzles, books, lots of live and stuffed animals. A great compliment to the city of Newport Beach!
We were told that this is juvenile bald eagle.

That looks like tons of fun!! When I took my preschool kids up to Hart park my kids were off running and the other three were saying they were tired after the first little hill. It was pretty funny!! Wish we could go on all these adventures with you!! I love your shoe post, Rossi is so cute!! I uploaded that monster jam pic so I can post it, I love it!!!
