I'm always so nervous to go hiking with my boys, because of mountain lions and rattle snakes. The other day Brett said, "You have a better chance of being attacked my a shark than you are to be attacked by a mountain lion." Well, I'm not afraid of a shark attack, so now I feel better about the hiking thing. Today we started our hiking hobby, and it was so much fun. I saw a garter snake right next to Tino at one point. There were lots of red ants, which bothered Nix, and there were lots of lizards and birds everywhere. It was a lot of fun! I may start a hiking group after we learn a bunch of trails around here.
